PLEASE NOTE:
•Weekends and Holidays may have a longer minimum hourly requirement, please call us to confirm.
•Prices may vary by date and vehicle availability. (For seasonal events such as prom, new years, concert…)
•For an accurate price please provide complete trip information (Trip information should include date, time, addresses, and vehicle type.)
•"Drop-off only / one way" rates available.
•Basic airport rates listed above do not include tolls (if any), parking (if any), extra stops (if any), or additional waiting time (if any) that may be incurred during your trip. Some of these charges may be included in your custom quote.
• There is an additional $20.00 charge for baggage claim Meet and Greet on airport pickups.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking transportation services (pick up or drop off only) from any location, the following cancellation policy applies:
* If you cancel for any reason on the same day of the scheduled trip, at least 4 hours prior to the pick up time, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time the original reservations were made, a $50.00 cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled pick up time, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation the FULL AMOUNT of the trip.
For hourly rentals the following cancellation policy applies:
* If you cancel for any reason 1 week prior to the scheduled event date, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation, a $100.00 cancellation fee.
* If you cancel for any reason within 1 week of the scheduled event date, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation a $200.00 cancellation fees.
* If you cancel for any reason 48 hours before the day of the scheduled event, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation, the FULL AMOUNT of the booking.
For Prom and Special Events (New Year's, Valentine’s, etc.) hourly rentals the following cancellation policy applies:
* If you cancel for any reason 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date, there will be no cancellation fee charged.
* If you cancel for any reason within 2 weeks of the scheduled event date, Able Limousine will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation, the FULL AMOUNT of the booking.
