1. If the trip needs to be cancelled within 6 hours from start time,full trip amount will be assessed and if it happens within hours,additional 20% service fee is applicable. 2. A "No Show" fee equal to the full trip cost plus 20% service fee is applicable.Also, applicable wait fee will be charged if the customer fails to arrive on time. 3. If you cannot locate your driver or vehicle, simply call toll free no. 800-780-2248 or 972-953-0060 to avoid "No Show" fee. 4. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for all departures and town to town pick ups and once the grace period is elapsed, wait time fee will be applicable as $15 per each additional 15 minutes. 5. Officially allowed grace period for Domestic airport arrivals is 30 minutes,International arrivals is 60 minutes. 6. Unscheduled stops are charged as follows: a)Same town $10 b)Different town in same county $20 c)Different county $30 or more 7. Able's SUV Limousine Service shall not be liable for any conditions beyond control such as bad weather,road conditions etc. 8. Able's SUV Limousine Service shall not be responsible for belongings left in the vehicles or damages in the luggages. 9. The customer shall bear full financial liability for any damage caused bay him/her or any member to the vehicle during the trip. 10. Alcohol consumption and use of drug is prohibited by law.Customer is liable for any fines applicable or charged. 11. The chauffeur has the sole authority to terminate the trip without any refund in case there is any blatabt indiscretion on the part of the customer(s) 12.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. 13.Vehicles won't be loaded beyond its seating capacity.
